As a certified health coach, I'm here to support you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle. I provide hands-on tools to help you feel confident and empowered in the kitchen, and the insight to eat more intuitively without feeling frustrated or deprived. 

All programs are tailored to YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS:

Eating healthy, whole foods doesn’t have to be boring and it certainly doesn’t mean eating vegetables you’ve hated since childhood. It’s about batch cooking, mixing and matching proteins, carbs and veggies and finding go-to one pan recipes that help cut down prep time when life gets crazy.

Sometimes life is always that crazy. Which means it’s time for Thyme and Life. As a trained chef, I will cook in your kitchen or bring you fully prepared fresh, wholesome meals with organic ingredients for you and your entire family. Clients rave about not getting stuck eating the same things, they love that a simple meal can be layered with different ingredients and flavors from staples stocked in the pantry, and they like knowing that all food groups and nutrients are covered.
